| Can I cancel my registration? |

Honoring your Benelux Day event booking is a sign of professionalism and integrity.
Late cancellation and/or not showing up for the event reflects poorly on the attendee, the organizing team and PMI chapters. Besides, commitments to the venue are made and will be charged to the organizing committee. Therefore we urge the attendees to honor their commitment and attend the event.
If for any reason you find yourself unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible. We might hold a waiting list and someone else could attend in your place. In case of cancellation please note the following cancellation conditions:
- 10 days or more prior to the event - 100% refund
- Less than 10 days prior to the event - no refund. If you can find a replacement for you, of course we will accept this. The replacement should not be registered already.
