Lucien van der Plaats is one of four partners of Papillon Consultants, a small agency focused on organizational development and facilitating (cultural) change processes.

As an interim communications manager and consultant, Lucien coaches and advises PR professionals, managers, directors and policy makers in their communications activities during change projects or policy projects and programs.
