"Max Langosco (MSc, PMP), has spent well over a decade in International Project Management in North and South America, Europe and the UAE, mainly in large telecom deployments. With over 3 billion USD in cumulated project value, and a wide spectrum of roles and responsibilities covering the whole Project Management arena, Max is comfortable in most complex settings. He has been called ""the head of the emergency room"" for troubled projects, and comments such as: ""through Max's effort our Project Director was able to regain control of the project, and the customer's trust"" are common thanks to his ability to revive challenged projects.
Having gained in-depth skill sets in areas such as risk management, earned value management, procurement, tendering, training and coaching, Max is today dedicating his time to teaching project management, and to supporting companies create value by developing their project management approaches.
Max Langosco studied in Rome, Italy, graduating in Economics and Business Administration, he is currently faculty member at the International Institute for Learning (IIL), and Project Management lecturer at the Carinthia University of Applied Sciences (CUAS) in Austria.
