Jean-Paul Nauwelaers, partner, senior management consultant, coaches companies in the field of management of change, organisational design, project management and the implementation of self-directed work teams. He is experienced in consulting and coaching of change processes in an international environment and in operational management in the petrochemical industry. He is Belbin Team-role accredited, a certified MBTI-facilitator with Oxford Psychologists Press (OPP) and he is a Project Management Professional (PMP®) at the Project Management Institute (PMI). He has a Masters Degree in Chemical Engineering - option Biochemistry (IHAM) and a Master Total Quality Management (UCL Diepenbeek) and a Master Safety Management - level 1 (UIA).
