Eric Paauwe (Msc MBA) delivers results in complex project organizations. He supports simplicity: ‘maximizing the amount of work not done’. His company ‘Het Project’ improves the speed and reliability of project execution based on the principles of Lean and the Theory of Constraints.

In 1997 ha was the Project Manager for the Dutch Market introduction of Prince2 and on of the first accredited trainers. Currently he is one of the few TOCICO certified Critical Chain Project Management experts in the Netherlands.

Since 1994 he has been presenting more or less on a weekly basis. Ranging from in-house training sessions to speaker at large conference (i.e. IPMA Projectmanagement-parade 2010, Project Portfolio Management Jaarcongres 2010, Intermediair Master Classes)
