Giselle Vercauteren has years experience as international project manager and as program manager.  Giselle is the original founder of the concept behind AR²ISE.  

Giselle has a degree in ICT and in marketing.  She started an ICT career.  After some years she became projectmanager and later programmanager.  She worked for Belgacom Mobile as business analist.  Her years as project- and programmanager were international experiences  for Volvo IT.  At Volvo IT she also was business unit manager for 2 years.

She certified as project management professional (PMP), as change manager (ADKAR-US) and as cultural change ambassador.

The last 4 years she worked for SD Worx, an international HR company.  She first was PMO manager, and the last 2 years program manager for a critical, high investment program in the core business.

Giselle is a very dynamic person, with passion for people.  She’s a generalist and is goal oriented.
