Agile is hot. In these challenging times Agile approaches promise quick results at low cost. It is the Scrum Master who inspires Agile Teams in their pursuit for superior delivery. Who is this Scrum Master? A Project Manager in a new jacket? An improved 2.0 version of the PM, focusing mainly on the Soft Skills? The person reporting to the ‘real’ Project Manager?
