If your project is like most projects, not everyone will be happy with the change you are bringing. Some will question the need for this project, others will doubt if it can ever be achieved. A few will actively support you, and many will just silently contribute (or not…). Resistance to change is a well-known difficulty for many project managers.

But how do you deal with it? Are there things you can do differently, from the start and throughout the project, to manage the change better?

That is exactly what you learn in the Change Game?, a board game designed by and for project managers for enhancing their change management skills.

Imagine:

In this session, you get a chance to play the change game, and experience how good you are at responding to these challenging situations.
