This workshop will lean on the experience gathered while inserting the agile philosophy into the DNA of a BEL20 company.
The talk will range from how to get started; how to deal with distributed and off-shore teams; how to take the financial governance hurdles and adapt fixed price contracts; what was and is hindering the progress of the implementation and how to try to solve the problems; how to integrate with the overall project & program governance and reporting, ….
Agenda. All attendees will have the chance to prioritize the topics. The 2 or 3 topics with the most votes will be presented.
