PMI BeNeLux Day

This session will inform about a few aspects of the process of estimating resource requirements for projects that may well be less obvious to people involved in estimating, that are applicable to all estimating activities.

The intention isn´t to list all aspects that matter, but to make the audience aware of a few simple activities that can make the estimating work less daunting.

Some of the estimating concepts and principles found in the PMI publication “Practice Standard for Project Estimating” will be covered, and some hints and practical tips that have been gathered while working on estimating will be added.
