PMI BeNeLux Day

In collaboration with the PMI Netherlands three promising Master students at the Institute for Management Research of the Radboud University Nijmegen are currently conducting studies regarding ways to deal with project complexity at the level of the project manager and in steering groups. At this moment data are being collected and by August the three Master theses will be defended.

In the three studies different approaches to dealing with complex information in a dynamic and uncertain environment and conflicts of interest between various stakeholders are being explored.

The talk will address the issue of project complexity, the challenges that project managers and steering groups face, and the results of these three studies.
