The world is rapidly changing into a network society, where people congregate and collaborate in communities, and gain more power over organizations every day. Expertise and resources are no longer privileged to corporations, but available and accessible for almost everyone.

Likewise, the project manager’s role should be shifting: towards gathering and connecting all necessary expertise, creativity, field intelligence and resources beyond the borders of a project organization. But how is that done?
