Working in virtual teams, across borders, time zones and cultures has become part for the course of many of working environments. Although we are tempted to take working internationally for granted, and much research has been done on virtual teams, we can still improve our ways of doing this considerably.

It takes a different kind of profile, way of working, attitude and set of skills to engage, lead or to be part of a virtual team

In this workshop we will follow the project life cycle, addressing each stage from the point of view of engagement, team effectiveness and collaboration.
