The proposition: “it’s almost impossible to adapt to another culture” has ample evidence. Just look how mankind struggles to establish cooperation between countries with a different cultural background. We are pretending our willingness and acting our incompetence.

Still it is possible at the day-to-day interpersonal level. That’s what this lecture is about. It will answer questions on: communication, different views on time, cost and commitment. Not a how-to-behave-as-a-westerner but enhancing our intercultural intelligence to the level that we understand.
