Projects bring together team members from different geographical, cultural or experience backgrounds and also with different behaviour preferences. This supposes a managerial challenge especially from the communication point of view.

The DISC model will be used on an interactive base to quickly learn about 4 different types of behaviours. This model helps to understand the attitudes of your team members better, and when well managed enables you to go beyond the borders with your team.
