In this presentation, the presenter will inform about what the term “size” means in the context of leading projects successfully. The presenter will inform how “size” of a project can be established using the IFPUG approach, what types of projects benefit most from knowing their “size”. Finally the presenter will point at a number of uses for the “size” information. “Size” can be used for estimating resource requirements, managing scope, reporting productivity, delivery rate, quality. The presenter will show examples of the use of “size” information, when in the lifecycle “size” needs to be assessed |
