Most conflicts are caused by misunderstandings in mutual communication. It happens to everyone: you mean well but the other party interprets it differently or even worse, completely ‘wrong’.

The fireworks that originate from this situation are not always as pleasant. How do you express exactly what you mean? How do you give feedback in a respectful manner? Listening, how do you really do that? And how come the person I am communicating with just doesn’t want to understand what I am saying?
