| 10:10 Communication Skills: Two ears one mouth |
|
Most conflicts are caused by misunderstandings in mutual communication. It happens to everyone: you mean well but the other party interprets it differently or even worse, completely ‘wrong’. The fireworks that originate from this situation are not always as pleasant. How do you express exactly what you mean? How do you give feedback in a respectful manner? Listening, how do you really do that? And how come the person I am communicating with just doesn’t want to understand what I am saying? These are some of the topics Frederik Imbo talks about in his interactive presentation ‘Why we have 2 ears and only 1 mouth.’ The presentation is interactive; this means that you are welcome to express your opinion when it is being asked and especially when it is NOT being asked. What you will be served with during the next 90 minutes is simply a ‘taste’ of a possible further training of one or more days for you and your employees. In these trainings, Frederik Imbo coaches using intense but playful exercises and role-plays in order to bring about real change. This is done in a tailor-made fashion, depending on precise needs and demands. |
